When a product is listed but orders are slow, begin by finding where the journey breaks. Changing every element at once makes it harder to understand what helped.
1. Can the customer buy it?
Check that the offer is active, stock is available and the item can be delivered to your intended customer. Review seller notifications for issues that stop the offer from being purchased.
2. Is the product easy to understand?
Compare the title, main image, bullets and attributes with the actual product. Check the pack size, colour, included items and intended use. Bundle images should clearly explain what is included.
3. Does the offer make sense?
Look at the full customer decision: price, quantity, delivery, product information and alternatives. Compare like-for-like products and quantities before deciding that a price change is the answer.
4. Are relevant shoppers arriving?
Review the traffic information available in your seller account. Low traffic and low conversion are different problems. Improve relevant product information before deciding whether paid traffic is appropriate.
5. What will you change first?
Choose a specific problem, record the starting point and check performance over a useful period. Keep inventory and price changes in mind when interpreting the result. A single order or one quiet day does not establish a trend.
